Expect More – Expect More program tokens are distributed to our department heads and our guests to award team members that demonstrate the “Expect More” culture of going above and beyond the expectations of our customers.
Hilton Blue Energy – Team members that are highlighted by our guests as providing exceptional service. A Blue Energy alert is sent to all email participants and is posted with a description of their efforts. The team member is presented with a certificate and an Expect More token.
Pride, Commitment, and Leadership Award – A quarterly award to those team members who exhibit the highest degree of professionalism and hospitality to both our external or internal customers.
